Moringa Powder
Moringa is an excellent source of calcium, iron, vitamin A, and thiamine. With 19 out of the 20 known amino acids, 15 times the potassium of Bananas and 17 times the calcium in milk, the tree is known around the Gambia as "neva-die-o".
Current Scientific research suggests that Moringa leaves have certain medicinal benefits due to their high and unique nutritional value. Moringa leaves have been linked to regulating high and low blood pressure, regulating Cholesterol and hormonal levels, balancing iron deficiency and preventing obesity by stimulating the metabolism and gut function. Moringa's unique antioxidant make up have given it anti-carcinogen and cleansing properties that removes bad cells from the body.

Moringa products are best taken with a full stomach, either with lunch or dinner. The powder may be taken as a tea with the recommendation of honey, as the taste is bitter and usually an acquired taste. The powder may also be sprinkled upon your favorite foods to add nutritional value, or even added in smoothies and juices.
It is not recommended to exceed 1.5 tablespoon servings daily.
